Run by the enigmatic Serge Ferigoule, primarily grenache based, hand picked and after fermentation are aged in old oak foudres for up to two weeks, no filtration at all and yields are extremely low. Amazing richness and such levels of complexity that you might be fooled into believing you were drinking a wine from a top estate in Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
