Very healthy grapes grown on north west facing and calcareous soil, this helps to keep excellent balance in the wine. The nose could almost be mistaken for a red wine: berries, fruit. The palate confirms this sensation: dry, good acidity but mostly marked by wonderful ripe tannins. The light pinky colour is clearly noticeable in a nice big glass. Nutty flavours, quite intense with strong spices. A great dry wine.
