What can one say about Cava? Please don’t compare it to Champagne, it bears no ressemblance to it. However many Cavas are a delightful drink in their own right. This organic one is particularly good, made from the Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parallada grape varieties. It is an interesting and lively mouthfull, and at this price one could drink it often.
